Required Setup

This allows us to:

• Submit and monitor official complaints on your behalf

• Track responses from credit bureaus and creditors

• Ensure compliance with federal consumer protection laws

Once completed, please submit all log in credentials on the form below.

Your information is used only for managing your case and is kept secure.
