The Foundation Method is a month-to-month service. There is no long-term contract. Service continues as long as billing and required credit monitoring remain active.

Credit bureau response times vary. Some clients may see changes after the first dispute cycle, while others may require multiple billing cycles. No specific results or timelines are guaranteed.

This method allows us to dispute all reportable items on a consumer credit file, not just collections. That includes personal information errors, unauthorized inquiries, late payments, charge-offs, collections, repossessions, evictions, and other inaccurately or unlawfully reported accounts. The focus is on accuracy, verification, and legal compliance under federal reporting standards—not simply whether a balance is owed.

Yes. Active credit monitoring is required so your reports can be reviewed, disputes can be prepared accurately, and responses can be tracked. Monitoring is billed separately by the provider.

If a credit bureau verifies an account, federal law requires that an investigation was conducted, and the review shifts to whether that investigation met required procedural standards. It is common for some accounts to be verified early, with additional changes or removals occurring in later dispute cycles after responses are reviewed more closely.

Yes. Clients may request to upgrade to another program if their credit file or goals change. Eligibility and pricing for upgraded services may vary.

Yes. You may cancel at any time by submitting a request via email, text, or the client portal. Cancellation stops future billing after confirmation. Previously completed services are non-refundable.

This plan covers all reportable account types, including personal information errors, identity theft–related disputes, unauthorized inquiries, delinquent accounts, derogatories, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, evictions, public records, bankruptcies, and child support when applicable. The dispute strategy and scope are identical to the Silver plan. The only differences are that Silver includes a four-round commitment, credit monitoring at no additional cost, and preparation for future funding rounds with authorized users and tradelines added.
