2. When will I start seeing changes on my credit report?

Credit bureau response times vary. Some clients may see changes after the first dispute cycle ( 30-45 Days) , while others may require multiple billing cycles. No specific results or timelines are guaranteed.

3. What types of accounts are disputed under this method?

This method allows us to dispute all reportable items on a consumer credit file, not just collections. That includes personal information errors, unauthorized inquiries, late payments, charge-offs, collections, repossessions, evictions, and other inaccurately or unlawfully reported accounts. The focus is on accuracy, verification, and legal compliance under federal reporting standards—not simply whether a balance is owed.

4. Do I need credit monitoring to use this service?

Yes. Active credit monitoring is required so your reports can be reviewed, disputes can be prepared accurately, and responses can be tracked. Monitoring is billed separately by the provider.

5. What happens if an account is verified?

If a credit bureau verifies an account, federal law requires that an investigation was conducted, and the review shifts to whether that investigation met required procedural standards. It is common for some accounts to be verified early, with additional changes or removals occurring in later dispute cycles after responses are reviewed more closely.

6. Can I upgrade to a different package later?

Yes. Clients may request to upgrade to another program if their credit file or goals change. Eligibility and pricing for upgraded services may vary.

Whats the difference between 'Foundation' & 'Silver Method ?'

Silver focuses on credit repair + credit building — cleaning up your profile while adding tradelines and banking relationships to position you for funding approval.

Gold is a legal-first, litigation-driven strategy using certified trackable letters to force the credit bureaus into FCRA compliance — and if they don't comply, we take them to arbitration or small claims court. It's for clients who want maximum aggression and are open to pursuing legal settlements.

FAQ image

No credit repair outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor documentation, bureau procedures, and regulatory timelines.

All services are conducted in compliance with federal law and for educational and procedural assistance purposes only.
